Since www.f2acredit.com offers some non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our website.

However, we realize that special circumstances may take place with regard to the product we supply. 

Therefore, we WILL honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: 

Specific terms stated on a specific digital product:

Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.

Non-delivery of the product:

Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 3 days from the order date. Otherwise we will consider the product received and downloaded.

Download and unzipping issues:

It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 3 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.

Product not-as-described:

Such issues should be reported within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Concerns which are based merely on client’s false wishes or expectations will not be honored.  We don’t guarantee that the digital products are fully compatible with all windows operating systems, computers, and website browsers. We do not provide support for operating systems, computers, and website browsers.

Requests for a refund are accepted 5 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are requesting for a refund

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. F2A Credit Solutions Gift cards are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

Our ultimate objective is to make our clients and fans happy. We understand it can be tricky picking out the right size, that is why we strongly encourage our clients to contact us to help with sizing before purchasing. However, we will accept exchanges for a different size of the same item — subject to availability.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will be using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our 90 day refund policy is our simple guarantee.  If during the first 90 days of your do-it-with-me credit dispute service, we are unable to correct at least one erroneous item, failed to communicate with you, or performed no work we will issue you full refund.

This guarantee is effective for 90 days from date of enrollment. Refund shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us during the first 90 days of your service.
